  1. I've listened to aok and sounds fake but ok and enjoyed them both.
  2. For those who like well written romance from time to time, what do you think is the best romantic movie? I can't think of one in particular myself at the moment. Although I'm watching young royals which I think is very good.
  3. For those who enjoy teen boy romance I recommend Young Royals on Netflix. And I'm not just saying that cause it's Swedish ?

  4. Hey You don't sound like a sociopath to me at least ? Maybe monagamy just isn't for you. Have you looked into polyamoury or relationship anarchy?
  5. Hey I'm in the process of making the third aromantic moments compilation video. All the details are not done yet but please give it a look and tell me what you think. I'm mostly interested in getting input about the pace of the text for the written content. What do you think personally, too slow, too fast?
  6. What's the purpose of the redesign, as compared to the commonly used flag?
  7. Feelings are never wrong. Only actions can be wrong.
  8. YMBAI if you read Unarranged marriage and thought that was a perfect culmination of a teenage lovestory.
  9. We can make a Swedish Sofia Aro club ?
  10. Check out the concept split attraction model
  11. Maybe you could just embrace confusion for now. Some arose identify as questioning or wtf romantic (I think that's what it's called when one doesn't understand what romantic attraction is). If you want to explore romantic dating you're allowed to do so even if you think you might be aro. If you don't want to date you can do so regardless if you're capable of romantic love.
  12. Shoes could be clogs, the least romantic shoe ?
  13. There are much talk about aromantic food and aromantic mascot. But there are so many other types of thing we could have as symbol. Like flower, clothing, fish etc. (In my country each county has its county fish). So pick any category and determine which thing is ours. For example for sport it's off course archery.
  14. Most of my experience of the lesbian community is from what a friend has told me. She's said it's very common for gay women to be coupled up in long term relationships, compared to gay guys that can often be single and in casual relationships. However, she's also said by those who aren't coupled up there are a fair amount who are non-monagamous in various ways. Which might be more something you would enjoy being a part of? But that's in Sweden so it might not be relevant.
  15. Just problems with the text editing. This website has some problems for phones, at least the ones I've had.
  16. I was on an exchange year in the US and got the impression that many prom couples weren't that romantic. Overall Americans seemed to couple up more readily than Swedes do. So I would think an aromantic person could still pick someone to go with without it feeling to mushy for them. I went with friends though.
  17. Since we have so few aromantic characters we've not seen a lot of variation. If you could choose one, what would you like to see?
  18. I liked it overall but I think it could have been condensed. I
  19. Maybe if we change it to: sex and/or emotional intimacy
  20. I was reading Aro Eros Arrows by Michon Neal who writes a lot about being aromantic and polygamous and how friendship is inherently non monagamous.
  21. @Hirune I live with a friend atm and it's also partly because of conviniense because I don't want to look for something more permanent until covid is over and I know more of what my needs will be a normal day. I think my ideal situation would be if I could buy a really large apartment and start my own communal living. But I can't afford it in this city. So the other option would be finding an existing community and move in there. I'm a bit torn of that's what I want to do or just buy my own place which is "the normal thing". Sometimes I worry that my want of living communally is more of a reactionary thing than something that would genuinely increase my quality of life. I generally like to go against the grain, so maybe I don't want to live alone just cause that's what's expected. Anyways maybe some kind of communal living could be for you? Since then there won't be the friction of just one or two people. I also totally get what you mean about the danger of living with friends. It might be too much time together. Better to get new people and form new relationships with them. For me, the friend I'm living with now wasn't someone I was close with before moving in. He was almost more an acquaintance.
