    why is it that the one time i post the fact that i find sex very unappealing on r/teenagers, i get bombed with downvotes (which i dont rlly give a shit about) and comments like "lost cause"

    i rlly dont get it

    i mean they dont hurt that bad but it's sad how ppl think that even if i dont understand why

      Sex is often an important experience that many allos struggle to have or maintain, and this goal is especially difficult during modern times.

      A lot of time and energy may get invested in this goal, so now imagine they see your post. Sex doesnt even seem to be a factor or pursuit for this person. 
       

      They don’t even struggle with this and openly state its unappealing. The fact that you live without sexual ambitions, ambitions which frustrate allos makes them jealous of you. The fact you can be happy without sex makes them very jealous. Added to this they may attack happy virgins because these allos see themselves in another.

      They see another virgin, who cannot be happy while im miserable! It goes against amatanormativity, their experience, they must be saying they are happy to cope. I think the root of it lies in jealousy and insecurity.

    Today a person from this hang out club I go to was like "I have a boyfriend" (it was related to what we were doin btw) and then for a sec i can hardly believe that

    she adds "we've been dating for a year now" and im like "You guys date people?"

    It's scary how strange ppl are

    She's my age, and she's dated someone

    I am also her age and guess what I want? Friends! Many friends. Besties in fact.

    I am literally only in gr9

    ppl in gr9 date each other-

      yeah they did when i was in grade 9 too, crazy, right?  i had an iconic Big Aro Moment then (long before i knew) when my friend and i both found our classmate attractive and she ended up dating him, and she and another friend of mine each texted me worried i'd be upset or something and i was like ?? why would i care.  lol good times
