      For the hairstyles you linked, Simowl: be warned that to get it to look like that, it will take a lot of styling in the mornings! If you look at my horrendous face swap profile pic: that's what it looks like with no styling. You can put a little wax/gel/whatever in and mess it up a bit to get the minimalist messy bed hair kinda look.

    I completely failed that exam ;_; and it was really important too... Everyone else did bad too so let's hope low grade boundaries.

      A couple of times in history classes at different high schools, the tasks where I did abnormally poorly were 'lost' and not graded at all, either because everyone else did poorly or because the teachers didn't want to spoil my track record.

       

      Far not all professors are nearly as cruel as we expect them to be.

      Unfortunately this is an externally marked exam so there's no chance of it getting "lost"... but it could genuinely get lost. Dunno what they'd do in that case, though.

      (Not sure how much our schooling system varies, probably a fair bit) Last year was GCSEs (done at 16, end of secondary school) which you do loads of subjects so loads of exams. This year/next year are A Levels which tend to have a few.. : / 

       

      :P I did Stats at GCSE but it was pretty basic. I'm hoping for Physics for main degree, might do some programming stuff on the side.

      I had at most 6 exams per semester and 10 per year... but there were several guys who took over 50 courses lifetime. Once you get used to passing exams, they become a breeze.

      At my school they realised that exams are bullshit so they gave us as little as possible. At uni they're not so smart.

    start my placement thing at a uni tomorrow... really nervous, don't really know what I'm doing and I'm gonna have to write up a report. also getting up at 6am.. But I'm kinda excited, at least.

      Some kids on my bus were talking about tran people. They seem to follow the strange concept that trans people are just "so gay that they become the opposite gender"...

      "Well, a normal guy wouldn't just decide to be a girl right in the middle of high school." They don't understand what being transgender really is. It's not a radical decision >:( it's just being ourselves.

I feel like LGBTQ+ issues weren't really talked about as much during this election as they should have been :|
