Yeah, sorry about that. No video uploads.
To explain, we have a limit on how much file storage we can have without site fees going up big time,
Pretty much, depending on how we choose to host we will end up with of order ~100gb file space. current option is 75gb.
This is fine for pictures but the forum has been going since 2016, file space could add up if we arent careful. even if we let people try to put videos the restricting of the max file size will pretty much veto video content. If we up the max file size then I will get people grumpy when they use up their space and end up having to go through and delete old uploads.
So we instead just allow embedding from sites like youtube or linking to drives as you have done. it sucks but unfortunately that is just one of the restrictions with forums of this size.
On a different note, nice work with the video.
