We have badges!!! At the moment there are four badges, each one for hitting a particular amount of posts, and they also now function as the member ranks for the site, have a look at the profile pictures down the left side of the page, don't they look wonderful. They also appear in your profile under 'my achievements' Massive thank you to @Nix for designing these wonderful frogs, as well as to @DeltaAro for vectorising them.

I know its less formal than a study but the ages people have said here in the question in anon q&a about when people around us started getting crushes might be of interest. getting a lot of 9,10,11 ish from that, although perhaps there is a delay between people getting crushes and making it known/us noticing them

its an odd thing. its half great, hosting has been reliable and the admin and moderation side is incredibly well set up, the site is easy to run and even an idiot like me can add interesting things to the forum. on the other hand there's some really frustrating things, especially on the support side. i wont go into detail but the reason the forum went offline for ~ a week when i became admin was that invision only has support by email, so when i wasnt sure what i was doing rather than one phone call i ended up waiting for a large number of response, each time getting slightly closer to a solution.

apologies to everyone for not getting onto this topic sooner, that is on me and i should have done better. Firstly, rule d in the forum rules, sexually explicit material. we have this rule for a reason. this topic should have clearly noted that the topic was going to be so explicitly sexual in nature. its rule d in the terms of service. @TruthSeeker this is a warning, and if you are going to make any future topics abide by this rule. ' we request that posts which contain sexually explicit material contain a warning in the subject line. Please refrain from using sexually explicit subject lines.' Secondly, this is beginning to get heated, commenting on other users gender identity, for example, is discouraged. please refrain from doing that. OK, i will have a look at whether i can do that. at the very least i know i can make it hidden from non members like the personal adds forum but i will see if i can be more restrictive. hopefully there is a way to make it visible only to some members.

OK, slightly annoying news. invision seems to be making its cheapest licence which we use a lot more restrictive in terms of use of addional extras. nothing which the forum has so far needs to go, however it looks like clubs, downloads, gallery and blogs are all off the table as they would have to go after next march.

Do you want arocalypse to have a forum forcused on older aros/aro adults see here for more discussion of the idea. This also ties in with a few requests here for a place for over 18 discussion to happen Also if you have any comments/ questions about this idea please put that here and we can work things out. I will leave this poll up for a week, and make a decision on what to do about the forum next friday depending on the response. Note if the forum does go up I will take a look at the number of posts on it for the first couple of months. If it barely gets used I will look at the possibility of removing the forum and moving any posts in it to discussion or off topic.
