not a problem. yeah, karma is a good analogy. although karma is about upvotes rather than number of posts, the points here go up whether or not people like what you say. As far as i know there were always ranks, but they didn't have cool frogs until @Nixmade some art for them. its somewhere in this thread where the idea came about.

@Storm_leopardcat no worries, the badges are new and i dont think this has been explained on here before. short answer is, you earn points by commenting. badges, earn a certain number of points, get a badge.your achievements is just a general name for the part of your profile which shows your badges, rank and number of answers (rated as an answer by the asker in anonymous q&a) your rank (which i think is what you are looking at when you say achievement as it is on the left side of that achievement panel) should be again based on the number of points you hold. I'll have to double check the exact scores at some point but it should be that if you are a member you would have rank member and badges for newbie and member.

i think this was from around 2016 and just resurfaced recently. so either prophetic or silly, i dunno. and yeah, thats a lot of coverage, I understand people care about this and thats fine, but like, it is quite amazing how much it has dominated in countries with not as much connection to the uk.

ok, thank you. i think ive worked it out and might take a look at using svgs again tomorrow. what happened is that the badges still needed to be equal dimentions and i messed that up with the vector images then for some reason my brain went 'oh, that must not work'. so instead i sized them as vectors as close as i could to how they show on the forum then converted. still looks a lot better than it would if they hadnt been vectorised but now i know i can i reckon i could do better. the only thing that cant be vectors are the emoji ones.

All this leads us to the conclusion that we have the power to create a new set of divine beings. Together we can challenge the goddess of love and forge a better new world.* So without further ado, let us lay out our plans, what would you include in an aromantic religion. I think a pantheon of five would fit perfectly with our main religious symbol, the aro flag. Perhaps led by the green goddess aromantica. As for holy symbols, the white ring, the flag and the arrow. Maybe our religion should have commandments: A worshipper must respect and honour all frogs they meet on lifes journey Thou shalt not utter the unholy words 'you'll find someone some day' What commandments would you put in an aro religion? Or maybe we should have particular traditions or ceremonies. A religious history. What great miracles have the gods bestowed on us humble aros. * Ok, this is possibly not how things work in the real world but I have done a few sessions of create your own religion over the years and found it interesting and amusing. So I thought I would throw it out here and see what ideas people put in. P.s. If you find this beyond the pale please let me know, I think it's interesting silliness but will absolutely drop it if people are not happy with the idea.
