Nix
Thanks for sharing! The book she wrote looks interesting too, I’m putting that on my wishlist. (Marisa Franco: Platonic: How the Science of Attachment Can Help You Make — And Keep — Friends.)

MulticulturalFarmer
Any option to do a reading club? I don't have a ton of close friends and doing that would be nice lol.

As in, we choose a book to read (for example the one mentioned above) and then after a week or so we discuss it?

Sure, and some people have listed books already so it wouldn't be too hard to get started, I think.

Like an aro (and other aro branches like aroace) specialised book club to get like book suggestions. Hell knows I need a lot of reading to catch up on all these years I thought I felt romantic attraction. DM me if you guys ever start one please

Holmbo
I'm reading the book now and it's pretty good so far. I like how it brings up stuff I almost only see in aro circles, like qpr, but I hope it will get more into actual advice to eventually.
