  1. So I was checking out the sidebar in that subreddit, and noticed it needs some improvement. First off, Arocalypse should definitely be added to the Resources section, here: https://www.reddit.com/r/aromanticasexual/wiki/resources/ AVEN and AUREA are already listed there, but this website isn't. It would beneficial if this was added there as well, if AVEN, which is a forum is already there, why not this? Plus, AUREA doesn't have a place for discussion like AVEN does, though AUREA does have resources like AVEN does. Second of all, I think Sensual Attraction needs to be added to the Other Attractions section here: https://www.reddit.com/r/aromanticasexual/wiki/attraction-types/. I also do not think the definition Queerplatonic Relationships is clear or complete, or entirely correct, nor is the one for Oriented AroAces either. This is how they are both defined, respectively: Queerplatonic Relationships A committed relationship that is not romantic in nature. Aromantic-Asexuals with strong platonic attractions may choose to be in a queerplatonic relationship. Oriented Aroaces Some Aroaces who feel strong platonic attractions may use the label oriented aroace. An oriented may identify with a platonic orientation label in addition to their aroace label. (Ex. Biplatonic Aroace - An aroace who feels platonic attraction to people of multiple genders) There may be other things I missed, especially in the Grey Area section, here: https://www.reddit.com/r/aromanticasexual/wiki/wiki/ Isn't a queerplatonic relationship possible for anyone, regardless of them being AroAce, or experiencing platonic attraction? Also, anyone can have a QPR due to any sort of attraction (and also none as well). Not necessarily strong platonic attraction. Also, isn't the Oriented AroAce for those AroAces for those who feel any non-romantic and non-sexual attraction strongly enough that they feel it needs to be recognized alongside their AroAce-ness? Do tell me if I got anything wrong, or if the links are not working correctly! I have also realized after typing post mid-way that I'm posting this where most people aren't even AroAce; they are aromantic. Maybe I should have posted in that subreddit instead. Ah, Angled AroAce could also use a mention and a definition in that section as well, alongside Oriented AroAce!
  2. TOH? Which show on Disney Channel has a non-binary character?
  3. Hraka! Why would you do that, I shall never forget this terrible placement for that joke! I’m sorry, but the latter part of that question made me laugh! More like snort; same thing.
  4. Alright, which series is that first meme from? The template?
  5. Hey, just checked out your profile, you’re from Pakistan?
  6. I have watched it! It’s rather nice. Excellent representation of AroAces and a QPR between two of them. Which is saying quite something, seeing as how there is no other sort of representation like this. And yes, aromantic and AroAce people can and do experience heartbreak.
  7. First of all, how is this decided? The top user of the leaderboard has a lot of points, but the person beneath them has way more posts than them, but doesn’t have more points. Don’t you only gain points by posting, and not commenting? Also I checked the past leaders and I held a silver position for September 27th!
  8. 1. You sure do like that skip option, huh? 2. Never shown 4. Aromantic Did not do the third one, as at first I thought it was about weapons, but then I opened the quiz and saw it was about tarot cards. Tarot cards are very much a no-no, religiously. Comes under fortune telling. So, yeah. Anyone got any else quizzes?
  9. Doesn’t seem self-explanatory to me. I don’t get what it means?
  10. My best friend knows, she occasionally asks questions about it, and we discuss our experiences and feelings, as well as attractions. She’s fairly curious. Another friend-acquaintance knows, but did not understand the terms I used, and completely misunderstood what I meant due to cultural differences. My cousin (who is Pakistani but is also British as she grew up there) took it well, and supported me and reassured me. She probably took it well due to her being exposed to the LGBTQIA+ community/movement and having more experiences with it, and with its members. And probably because of the culture she grew up in, and because she’s just nice, her personality contributed too. And of course, my twin sister knows. She’s more or less the same as my best friend that way. Doesn’t think of it as a big deal and doesn’t treat it like a big deal either. We do discuss it at times, and she asks questions about it. End of story. I don’t like using term the term ‘coming out’. Nor thinking of sexual and romantic orientations as identities*. I also don’t like using terms like ‘asexual’ or ‘aromantic’ or ‘AroAce’.
  11. Asian household, eh? Didn’t know you were Asian, @sevan! Depending on whether your family is religious or not, I think they would generally take you coming out as AroAce easier, as compared to trans masculine. Good to hear they took it well!
  12. Yep, I’ve heard that most/many Asian cultures, especially ones in families, have a lot in common. They are generally same. The same brown/Asian aunty who asks you personal/insensitive questions, lol. Well, that sounds like an interesting job! Reminds me of social work, or volunteering in organisations! The local council has a library? Also, which movie(s) will be showed for movie night, if you don’t mind me asking?
  13. If you don’t mind me asking, which movie is it?
  14. Yes, I did save it. It took me a few times of repeating it, but it eventually became saved and was displayed on my profile. Hmm, what is that supposed to mean, now? ;) That is exactly what I thought as well. Yeah, that’s what I thought. Pros and cons. I think I would prefer the desktop version of the website/its layout more, than mobile’s version of either. Pros and cons, pros and cons. Thank you, everyone, for responding to my question and helping me out so much! All of you took out the time and effort to give me an answer to this one question! :D @sevan, @Nix, and @roboticanary!
  15. I had a question, about the profile. When you go to the settings, and edit your profile’s information, is the About Me section not meant to be displayed in the profile publicly? Because I write something there, and when I open my profile it isn’t listed there with the other things like gender or occupation or nickname. Isn’t an About Me supposed to seen by the public or by everyone when they view your profile?
  16. Ohhh, okay! I didn’t know there was a term for a 10 pound note! It seems familiar, now that you explained it. Oh, that’s quite a sense of humour for the local youth group to have!
  17. That’s an odd name for a webcomic, and interesting one too. Castle Swimmer? Two random words put together to make the name of a webcomic? What is the story behind that? Also, thank you for your response!
  18. Can I join, please? Count me in! :D :P
  19. Coincidence much that Anathema is a song by Twenty One Pilots? As for my username, well, I made to join a Discord server for Muslims called Straight Struggle. I was in a hurry, and had to finish quickly, so I thought of this name as quickly as possible. I like elements and elemental stuff, so I chose storm, and then leopardcat because I like mammals and wanted something native to my country, as a little identifier and to bring the animal and my country along with everywhere, as a little reminder and identifier. As for the underscore, I like using those everywhere!
  20. What is this video? I can’t see anything, it says video unavailable?
  21. For the last part (I seem to be unable to select that), try messaging in the visibility and pride forum page to see if anyone else lives in France and wants to meet-up? I think I saw someone else in the forum who lives in Paris. As for friends, I was wondering, do you have any friends from high school or university? Any long time ones who stuck around and are still friends with to this day? What about siblings? Co-workers? You have an interesting life, I have to say. Do you maybe have any hobbies that might enable you to meet-up with others who share the same hobbies or interests as you? Attend a convention, perhaps? Maybe you’re part of a fandom. Thank you for replying to me, and answering my questions:). I appreciate it!
  22. That is sad, and unfortunate to hear about that you don’t have any friends because they don’t accept you :(. How about all of the people on the forum, are they your friends? Are you close with any of them? Depending on which country you are from, maybe you can go to an aro meet-up? Also, what is the flag in the background of your profile photo?
  23. Fascinating list, @roboticanary! huh, what’s a tenner? I had no idea they had beauty contests for men? Has/is a twin identical sister
