Also make sure you wear a helmet when mountain biking (super basic but I used to live in some of the California mountains and the amount of injuries I saw happen that could have been prevented with a helmet is insane). 1 Quote

I still am kind of the athletic type, but recently I have become more involved with my academics. I’d like to get back into sports. I was and still am interested in doing cross country and track. I have noticed that running seems to be a bit cathartic for me and really helped with my mental health. I’d like to give it a try. It’s funny though because anytime I express this interest, my friends just look at me like I’m crazy or something. Lol. Quote

Lol. yeah, it's great for that. after this year i'm not doing track anymore to focus on smash team and academics, but i have no intentions of stopping xc, due to my position on the team and my mindset. also with my mental health it's probably for the best to stay in. 1 Quote
