Oh wow. I do that a lot too, especially recently. I don't really want friends? Idrk why, but I when I almost make a friend I tell myself, "you don't need another person to disappoint." And it really sucks, because it's a lose-lose situation. I make a friend and disappoint them or I don't make a friend or leave a friendship and still hurt someone. Idk what to do but I hope you feel better:)

Thx for the ideas! I like the idea that they are emotional and I kinda have smth like that, they are really good parents and will go to basically any length to protect the ones they love lol. Ig the whole liking romance would depend on the specific Neafil and that would probably represent the a-spec community as a whole better if it differed for one to another?

I made an animal for a project called the Neafil. It is genderless and aroace. The can reproduce asexually or sexually and look like ice snake lizard things. I can’t put a pic of one for some reason? I will try to put a pic later. Anyone have ideas to make them better? I think they would be a cute symbol for aroaces? Idk lol.

I think it was last Wednesday when this happened but, my family (not my brother) and I were driving in the car while listening to the radio. I wasn't really focusing on it but I remember hearing something say "We are cross-dressers" and my father immediately changed the channel thing. Idk if it was because it was glitching or smth (I wasn't focused) but it made me kinda sad and disappointed? Idk.

You're good enough no matter what other people say. And too be honest, you would probably feel worse if you were friends with the 'cool' kids. But if you need to talk to someone irl, you should confide in your friends. I really hope you can feel better :).
