I think I might be agender, and my name is Isabelle but subconsciously I've been calling myself Isa since it's unisex. Though I was wondering if anyone had any other names I could change to? I still want it to start with the letter I though. Pls.

When I was like grade 5 a girl in my class put me in a romantic ship with my best friend. Honestly, I was kinda mad, almost disgusted. (I promise I'm not homophobic). I was asking myself why I was bothered by being shiped with a girl (ig 10 year old me didn't notice they hated being shiped with the boys just as much lol) and I thought I was being homophobic so I didn't say anything. Then I thought maybe I felt weird because I actually liked my friend in that way and I was denying feelings! I wasn’t. I was denying being lgbt+ though. Eventually I got over it and in 7th grade I learned I was aroace. :)

My worst would be when I told my siblings and cousin. They aren't aphobic but, they kinda ignored me and said 'ok, idc'. The good thing is they are keeping it a secret. The best was when I told my friend. Their parents are homophobic and probably aphobic too. They took it really well, I think they might be aroace too since they hate the idea of maraige and dating but I try not to push them. They are a great person though :).
