  1. Remind me again when was spawncamping in Overwatch a legitimate, legal and appropriate strategy?!

It's a legal strategy. But I wouldn't recommend it competitively. And that's not me being nice. That's me saying that it's not a good strategy if you want to win.

  2. Happy New Year from my side of the world, Arocalyptors! May we all have more ice cream and happiness the whole year round!

  3. From my side of the world, Merry Christmas, Arocalyptors!

  4. Looks like this'll be our first Christmas eve celebrating while in the middle of an incoming typhoon

Thank you. So far, there isn't any strong rain or wind felt. In fact, it's starting to get stifling hot xD

It was mostly digital versions of expansions, game packs and stuff packs for The Sims 4 that I never get to physically purchase because they were getting more expensive.

I stopped playing the Sims when 4 came out, but I'm tempted to get the Sims 3 and all the EPs I had back, when I get a new PC next year. I'd also really like a PS4 but I only want 2 games on it :/

  6. Listening to Olivia Newton-John's Twist of Fate after hearing it on RuPaul's Drag Race makes me visualize that the song also has an 'anti-romantic double entendre' meaning to it xD

  7. I dreamt I was saving a YouTuber from doing something he doesn't want to and was against his own will with the help of his friends and then started running away from the bad guys and swerving into corners and alleyways and then suddenly started hiding ourselves using hats and sunglasses and then we had tons of fun doing silly things and became extremely close with each other. What on earth does that mean?

I don't know. He was really funny and sweet throughout the dream. And modestly cute. This is slightly weirding and distracting me out xD

I don't really mind at all, actually. I just replied to him the same things I always answer back in regards to that question (I don't have the time for that/not now/it's too early for that/I got my job, family and money to worry more). Also, I'm considering possibly becoming a single parent by choice in the distant future, so the whole kids thing is just fine with me (it's the life meta and traditions circulating on the L, R, M, C and F words that bothers me more).

Yeah... sometimes it isn't easy to get beyond the whole romance-coded nature of those things, and even tougher when we're conflicted about maybe, kinda, just a little bit wanting some of those things and being massively freaked out by how society categorizes those things.  Especially when you get pressure from family/friends/society about getting your ass back in line and doing what everyone else is doing.  It's enough to do your head in, and it gets exhausting trying to explain yourself all the time.

However things work out, I'm pretty sure you've got it together!  You just seem like a together sort of person.

Thank you. Everyone knows that I'm the only one of the 8 older cousins so far that hasn't been in a relationship. But not all of them know that I just have no plans to be in one for being a predominantly repulsed complex gray aro gray ace; something they all won't be happy to hear, deny, criticize and/or get confused with.

  9. Werther's Originals, where have you been all my life? xD

Wait so are they available outside of the UK?

As much as I can remember, one of the big malls' groceries here has them by the checkout counters and also at the membership shopping place we oftentimes go to. The ones I have were sent by a relative based in the United States.

@Louis Hypo We do have them in Germany, so yeah, they are definitely available outside of the UK.

  10. I'm 100 percent romance-repulsed, 100 percent romance-indifferent, 100 percent romance-cynical and a bit romance-positive. After I got catfished and had my heart broken by the actual guy whose identity was used; my whole view of both romance, sex and society changed drastically. Since I was young, I was always told to cover my eyes and/or ears and/or go to another room far away from the TV whenever a kissing and/or sexual scene ensues. Fast-forward to my teens and mid-twenties and I still do that; adding in a ton of eye-rolling and snarky, cynical, repulsive and criticizing comments about the R and S words whenever they're enacted in the media and in real life.
  11. Netflix is testing me out in consuming my life with food-related videos xD

  12. @UncommonNonsense, you've also read my mind *offers a high five* For me though; if I were to get married (church or civil; or better yet, a joint civil partnership and commitment ceremony. I'd love to see the day it'll be legal to do so here for both straight and LGBT+ couples, and same goes with same-sex marriage); I'd rather have everything low-key, simple and very private. Have a cake that me and my partner picked out and chose the flavor and design with (I'm imagining it as chocolate fudge on the inside, pastel rainbow frosting on the outside and it doesn't have to be the same wedding cake design!). Involve the guests and family and relatives in the catering process so that everyone has their fill and satisfaction of the food served (especially those with allergies and diet and/or health restrictions). If that means someone suggests an ice cream or create-your-own pizza bar and the majority accepts, then so be it ! Invite only our family, relatives, closest friends and colleagues and those that we really trust. A homey and private location that can also double as the reception that doesn't look flashy and over-the-top with minimalist decors (if we decided to not get married in a church or a courthouse). Dress code is just simply smart casual. No one-time dresses and suits. Guests' cellphones and cameras are confiscated until after the ceremony to keep the privacy going. No fancy wancy stuff. No DJ and/or band at the reception. No booze either (or maybe a bottle or two of sparkling white wine for the toasts). Plug in an iPod or a phone running on Spotify and play any music we desire that doesn't have to be all lovey-dovey/cheesy/romantic. I know that most people really like those over-the-top ones; but I really do hope that everyone is also accepting, open-minded and aware that there are also some that like being simple and private.
  13. Please someone tell me that everything will be okay. Even though my mind, emotions and sanity thinks and tells that everything will never ever be.

  14. Please. No more earthquakes, whether big or small. My anxiety can't take it anymore :(

  15. Kiiara's Gold is now on my list of songs that make a perfect edgy animation with xD

  16. The more I listen to romance-themed songs, since I'm more into the musical composition and oftentimes into the lyrics that I can listen to in an opposite meaning, the more I imagine them in action-packed ambiguous edgy scenes that make great SFM animations.

  17. Small hands with index fingers being bigger than the rings. Complex hetero gray-romantic gray-ace (though predominantly repulsed to both romance and sex) and female.
