This actually isn't a useless thread to me at all, as I am interested in VanLife.

I wear black whenever possible. Black pants, black t-shirt. That's me. And that's as close as I come to dressing Goth. Oh, and Tactical boots. Always Tactical boots. Usually some kind of accessory too, either a headscarf or cat ears. I am a therian.

I can be kind of emotionless too. Psych meds + autism does a pretty good job at flattening me out. However, I generally find I have enough emotion to make life difficult interesting. I used to worry a lot about my apathy, like you, and wondered whether it was due to some kind of trauma. However, after a while, I just got on with things I guess. Not saying that's what you should do. But that's what happened with me. I find socializing a lot helps (if you are into that). Listening to music helps too. So does making music, writing, and making art. Those things all help me feel more, I think. Might work for you, might not.

For me, open-mouth lip-kissing is what makes a relationship romantic, and me not liking is a lot of what makes me aromantic.

I feel similar. But only when I'm in SoCal. When I'm in NorCal, I prefer Spring because the longer days make life more convenient.

Well, I mean, I'm aroace, but I definitely prefer men for friendships and QPRs. I don't really why this bias exists, though. Hypothetically, I should be pan. But I'm not.

It's been two years now and I'm still not 100% sure. I'm 90% sure, though. Or maybe even 99% sure. It's just...I do see myself in a QPR someday. I know that doesn't make me any less aromantic, but I know that people will interpret it as a romantic match...especially since I want my partner to be male.

Let's hope that's true.

Most people I've told are ok with it. I have run into a few jerks...but they are few and far between. The people I've dated (especially the women) have been a different story.
