Not currently diagnosed, but looking into avoidant personality disorder. I shot my therapist a message asking her thoughts on it, it's a start.

I got tested for Schizotypal Personality Disorder (odd and erratically distracted) and Schizoid Personality Disorder (aloof and inexpressive). I failed, so I probably should've studied harder. 🤪

That said, I may in fact be Avoidant too. This is more of a maladaptation, to what's been a hostile environment, than a inheritance or inherence.

Therapist can't diagnose me over the service we're using (Better Help), but says in her opinion avoidant personality disorder is an accurate diagnosis. So when I go to see the nurse practitioner on Thursday at noon, going to ask her what she thinks.

My therapist once said she thought schizotypal personality disorder might be accurate for me.
