Holmbo
Sometimes it can feel exhausting always having different priorities to most people. I don't want a romantic or sexual relationship, I don't want children and I generally don't care about material things. At times there's very little overlap left and it's hard to find role models or inspiration for your own life. Who else feel similar? Where do you turn for inspiration?
roboticanary
In my case my main interest is science, so I tend to find the sort of role models who lead a quiet life and just slowly added to human knowledge. There's a fair few who didn't focus on marriage/kids for their life goals.

alto
Well, I don't care about having kids and I care little for material things. I have always been inspired by voluntary simplicity and the VanLife movement.

And how hard it is to draw any definite conclusion about many things. But I am interested in learning about certain science still, like psychology and behavioral science.
