Some basic facts about me: Name: Jade Gender: Nonbinary, more specifically some kind of genderfluid Orientation: Aromantic pansexual (also probably acespec but idk what's going on with that) Things I like to do: SCIENCE (I study physics talk to me about how beautiful entropy is) Drink coffee Play solitaire Watch shitty tv & movies (YOU'RE TEARING ME APART LISA) Baking Aromantic origin story: So as a youngun I never really liked the romance in stories. I always got really annoyed when 2 characters ended up together because "why can't they just be friends!!" CUT TO the point in elementary school when people started to get crushes. I was confused by the fact that I didn't seem to be getting this thing other people were, so cue me-convincing-myself-I-had-crushes-on-people. I just decided that having a crush was like, wanting to be best friends, but also wanting to kiss the person. This is apparently wrong. So this lasted until my first year of uni, when I went on my first sort-of date, and basically my brain was immediately like NOPE THIS IS GONNA BE A NOPE FROM ME STOP DOING THIS.
