    How do you humans give advice without sounding like you're criticizing the person your giving advice to?

      Also it’s basic but saying things “I feel” or “I believe” and avoiding starting statements with “you” makes it feel less like an accusation and more like a open conversation/topic.

      Find a way to relate and start off with that. If it’s more impersonal, use a “feedback sandwich” - 1 positive, any negatives, remaining positives.
