Most people I've told are ok with it.  I have run into a few jerks...but they are few and far between.

The people I've dated (especially the women) have been a different story.

Look at it this way.

People teasing you isn't God's problem.  That's the person's problem.  They are teasing you because something is going on in their life, and they don't know how else to cope.  Trust me.  I hate to admit this, but I used to make jokes at other people's expense.  And it was all because I was going through major s--t myself.

That said, people have free will.  People can choose to do bad things, or not.  People can choose to be kind, or not.  It sounds like the people around you are making the wrong choices.  And I am very sorry.

If literally everyone hates you, the problem is probably with them not you.  I know that sounds counterintuitive but it's true.

That sounds like a very annoying experience.  I once had a guy in church attack me over my asexuality, saying I was lying traumatized or being manipulated by my mother.  He went on to die of COVID.  I'm not sure how I feel about that.

My Mom used to make jokes like that sometimes.  She stopped when I got older.
