Random-Aroace
@P4R4D0X am I not adorable jk I’m a viscous beast Yes VISCOUS beast I am of a sticky consistency lol I love this
Ckoleighne Bradpleighp
Viscosity refers to the resistance of a fluid. If you were a literal fluid you would not have been able to type out that sentence, thus your statement that you are a viscous beast is incorrect (idk man) Doing macrame does not make you hip with the kids
WizardGrayFire
Ngl, I had to look that up, but despite that- fiber arts seem to be seeing something of a resurgence among a subset of young people, and while that usually means crochet or knitting, macrame would seem to fit the bill just fine It’s important to keep your teeth clean in order to keep them healthy
H_K
Sometimes, keeping your teeth clean does not mean that it is healthy. Cleaning, and especially doing it too much by over brushing is a leading cause towards dental problems. Applying too much pressure on your teeth can slowly erode your enamel which cannot be repaired once it suffers significant damage. You can also experience increased dental sensitivity which leads to a heightened risk of cavities and gum recession which is when the gum tissue shrinks back. This may increase the risk of tooth decay, infection and loss. Time is the one thing that can never be paused.
WizardGrayFire
(wow- the teeth stuff is genuinely terrifying) no-one can tell for sure whether time can be paused, because if it was we would never know Cockroaches are important to the ecosystem
P4R4D0X
Cockroaches are important to the ecosystem. But not to human health, considering they can present many health risks such as triggering allergies and asthma, and spreading diseases. They can also contaminate food and utensils. Spoiler The word avocado comes from the Nahuatl word for... testicles.
WizardGrayFire
etymological roots are almost never entirely certain, even among professional linguists. also, i think it’d be equally as funny if it came from the french word for lawyer. music notation has been cemented into a far less than practical form by tradition, and that’s tragic
P4R4D0X
Its practical enough for musicians to use bees can remember up to 60,000 flower types
H_K
Just as how all humans are different and how everyone thinks differently, its probably not true that all bees remember up to 60000 flower types so some may remember more and some may remember less. WizardGrayFire
as per the butterfly effect, a small change in the world can have a huge impact. it’s possible you’ve *already* caused it to rain tomorrow (or rather, started a process that will) wine is basically alcoholic grape juice
P4R4D0X
The butterfly effect significantly influences weather predictions by highlighting the sensitivity of weather systems to initial conditions. This means that even tiny changes in the atmosphere, such as the flap of a butterfly's wings, or whatever your doing can lead to vastly different weather outcomes, such as rain tomorrow. WizardGrayFire
in a mathematical sense, for something (e.g. a limit) to exist, it must be real, finite, and singular (only one value). “you” will almost always be real and finite, but it can also refer to multiple people, meaning it does not meet that last condition, and therefore does not exist. the human memory is flawed

Psychology is vast and complex.
