I identify as greyromantic. In my 23 years, I've had one single crush and I've never dated anyone. When I tell people this, they get shocked/surprised. At first, I thought I just didn't find "the one" (that's what society makes you believe) or I was still traumatised because of my childhood experience and depression, but throughout the years, I realised that I just couldn't feel romantic attraction. I didn't know about the term aromantic or about the aro community, so I thought something was wrong with me, until I realised I wasn't the only one.
