Neon
Recently, I confirmed to myself that I am not cisgender. It's something I've been dancing around for a very long time, but a few days ago it just clicked into place as a fact rather than a possibility. The problem is, I don't know what to do with that information. I don't have the faintest idea of how to use it. I know what it's supposed to mean, but I don't know what it actually means for me. I don't even know what label(s) fit, or if I want to use them. I don't know literally anything about what I should do now, or what I want to do now. So, uh, anywhere I can begin? Karst
Some things you can do: - Talk to other trans folks about your feelings (in person or online) - Consider what name/pronoun set really resonates with you - Try some new styles with clothes, hair, etc. Hope this advice helps! alto
I would consult someone wise. I know this isn't the same thing, but when I realized I was a therian, I was in shock for about a week. The things that helped were talking to my girlfriend (who was trans and said we had a lot in common), and talking to a local psychic (who didn't say anything in particular, but was just comforting in general).
