Hello I’m doing some research about aromantic history and if I’m not mistaken aroplane was the first aromantic forum. I remember on the old arocalypse before the administration change there was a link to the archived version of aroplane. Is that still a thing that exists?

Not sure how the old forum did the link but wayback machine seems to have kept a large part of aroplane.

some of the links to individual topics are not archived but it seems like a good chunk of it has been preserved depending on which capture you look at.

Yeah, the Posts mentioning AroPlane and teh link can still be found, for example this one (in the replies):

(A good way to find this is for example googling "site:arocalypse.com aroplane archive.org")

But it can also be found by looking at the captures of aroplane.org at the wayback machine at archive.org, resulting in this result: https://web.archive.org/web/2019*/aroplane.org

Eeep yeah, I just found a good link of the old site here doing that. You just gotta poke around for a bit to find it (imo looking between 2013-2014 is best, beyond that you're going to mostly get sites that're completely unrelated more often than not): https://web.archive.org/web/20120701210439/http://aroplane.org/
