I've settled on agender thanks to @Dodgypotato clarifying some things with their own personal concept of gender. Thanks everyone! I was contemplating locking this thread, but I've decided I'll leave it open for others to ask questions and things later on.

Exactly my feeling. I've never really felt a particular gender, just ascribed "man" in the past because I'm not a woman. SO TRUE. Now I think of it, the only time I've ever thought of myself as a man is when people tell me I am because binary and gender roles. Like what @SoulWolf said: Agender is seeming like a good fit so far. I'll look through the similar threads I posted on Reddit and AVEN and report back later on.

I could use some help. For the last couple of months I've known I'm nonbinary and I've gone through various identities to try and finetune it if I can. I've hit a wall: I've tried demiguy, bigender, and agender, and none seem to fit. My feeling when I think of my gender is like my brain returns a 404 error. Does this mean I am agender and need to come to terms with that, or are there other explanations or identities that could fit better? And if you're comfortable, I'd welcome any personal stories around finding your genders. Thanks

And I bet nothing happened because "boys will be boys" and "bullying doesn't count!"? That's my general concept of bullying given my expereince of being the victim. And victimisation at school, that is being bullied (by peers) or otherwise discriminated against (by staff) for reporting the bullying, is a big issue and something that especially pisses me off. I'm sorry that happened to you

I tend to stay out of giving advice that specifically pertains to romantic relationships. I'm happy to give general relationship advice though (like talking to people if they're having problems). So, no I wouldn't, but only because I wouldn't recommend that a person date anyone. Also, 200 posts!

I fully support this. The Discord server is like a family almost at times, and families talk about personal stuff. Having people lurk during family time isn't particularly nice for us. I love that some channels aren't available to new users, though I have to ask: what channels do new users see? General and announcements?
