I'm also a person of science. Personality, trust and connection trumps all. Whether they're more outgoing or introverted, we need to get on and the two-way trust street needs to be there and open. They should be smart, funny, witty and all...but it doesn't matter if for some reason we don't get on well. When I have close friends, if ever, they are few and far between.
