Livi C. Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 I am a 15-year-old autistic loner who is currently in 9th grade and identifies as aroace. I've never, EVER had a partner and choose not to. It seems to me like every other teenager where I live, autistic or not, has a partner, at least I think so. I tend to isolate myself from others and am not very social. I'm also pretty emotionless most of the time and barely get out of my bed. However, I do care about my family, cat, and peers (platonically). Sometimes, me and my family don't get along (especially my younger sibling and maternal grandmother), also, the rest of my family is in a romantic relationship. Man, oh man, do I not believe in romance! 3 Quote
Holmbo Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 Thanks for sharing. Do you feel left out about not having a partner? Quote
The Gray Warlock Posted June 26, 2022 Posted June 26, 2022 I feel you there. Throughout high school I had all of two girlfriends. neither one more than a month. And this was in the 90s. If a boy was less than Chad the Football Captain he was a loveless loser. 1 Quote
