      In which case, therapy might be a fab answer! Diagnoses can be life-changing, even if they're not always straightforward or easy to accept :D Do you need any help looking for a therapist or with any research before this? I'd be honoured to aid you!

      It can be so hard to be consumed by this kind of thought. Or by "only if(s)" of all kinds. Remember that therapy is one path, and there are so many others too. Is this something that you wish to do, either in a general sense or for (a) specific aspect(s) that therapy may benefit?  

      Therapy can be a wonderful answer, and it's not the only one. Your cheerful comments and posts on this forum lift my spirits so much - your life, even it feels so tough and imperfect right now, gives out so much goodness, Keith.

    Got the rubber bands on my braces in aro flag colors I was going to do Demi romantic them I remembered you can’t really do that in two layers. Anyway my mouth hurts now :(

      That's so hard! Both painful and a mega nuisance. Smoothies and soft foods can be your allies here, and heat packs resting lightly against your jaw can grant much-needed relief. I hope this improves for you as soon as possible!

    I'm panicking because friend A asked me how I'd react if friend B asked me out and insisted a lot and now I'm scared that friend A actually knows something and wanted to test me and that friend B actually likes me whereas they already know I'm aro and that I get scared of people liking me

      Hi! How would you feel about asking Friend A something like this? "Please may I ask - Why are you asking me this? I realise this may be playfully meant from you, yet I'm feeling uncomfortable about these questions and the uncertainty of not knowing why you're asking is an aspect I'm finding difficult at present."

      Hopefully it will become clearer for all three of you - Good friends may choose to honour support, rather than tests (not including cases where everyone is happy with the latter).

      They also might not intend this as a test. Hinting about interest, or possible partnerships, can be enjoyable for allos and for others (which perhaps relates to the perception of gossip being an exciting thing) - hopefully they will come to understand more about how this feels to you here and respect your boundaries even more in future. :arocapapo:

    So like I started off making fun of Barbie with my cousins a few years ago, then I watched Barbie in a Mermaid Tale, and now I am obsessed with this franchise and have made it my mission to watch every single Barbie movie... so far I've watched like 10.
