(Not sure how much our schooling system varies, probably a fair bit) Last year was GCSEs (done at 16, end of secondary school) which you do loads of subjects so loads of exams. This year/next year are A Levels which tend to have a few.. : / 

 I did Stats at GCSE but it was pretty basic. I'm hoping for Physics for main degree, might do some programming stuff on the side.

I had at most 6 exams per semester and 10 per year... but there were several guys who took over 50 courses lifetime. Once you get used to passing exams, they become a breeze.

At my school they realised that exams are bullshit so they gave us as little as possible. At uni they're not so smart.
