Don't people usually attend classes there to learn about something they are interested in learning about?

Apparently not, I asked my friend how her first (education) class went, and she replied, "There weren't any good looking guys there."

    I was like, "... That's not what I asked." x D

Weird story: when I came out as trans to my mom, my mom thought it was because I had a crush on a gay guy and so I wanted to change my gender so he would like me...

I don't think anyone would really follow that logic, even if they're romantic. It was really frustrating though :(

Lmao wtf. That is one of the weirder logical reasoning cases I've seen in a while! Is she better now??? That's dumb! D:

Before I knew that crushes were real and that I was ace and aro and all that, someone asked me what I find attractive in people. I had no idea what to say. I was like, "Uhh.. Umm... I... I guess.. If people are kind and nice??? I've never really thought about it??? WHATABOUTYOU?" I must have come across as super weird. He started talking about liking tall women or something stupid like that. Then I dug myself into like 10 holes. I was stumbling so much and so lost and confused he must have thought I had a crush on him or something.

  3. My friend asking me what my wedding will be like. Cue 15 minutes of me explaining how I'll set it up like the Great Hall in Harry Potter, and I'll make the seating arrangements so that I can just sort everyone into their houses, and me and my closest friends and family can be the teachers, and I'll dress as Dumbledore.. And so on and so on. Then I remembered you're actually supposed to marry someone. So I said scrap that, that money goes to the fifth/sixth course of food.

... And maybe I'll just make that my yearly party. Should have plenty of money with no partner and no kids, right?

  4. I've come out 3 times now.

    1. My sister: totally accepting, she realised I was ace long before I did, and suggested it to me (and I completely ignored her). She's fine with my aro-ness as well.

    2. My best friend: accepted, but I don't think she understands. She was pretty much like, "Ok, cool." I pranked her once and hacked my friends Skype and told her I was gay and had been seen kissing another friend. She completely freaked out and started caps-locking-me-out over skype. Not sure what that means. Why would it matter if I were gay to her so much?

    3. A random friend who asked if I were gay: I said no, I'm asexual. She assumed that that included my romantic orientation as well since she has no idea they can be split. She laughed as if I told I joke and I said, "I'm serious. I'm asexual. I'm not attracted to anyone. I've never had a crush before." All she said was, "We'll see." That's pretty much the equivalent of, "You just haven't met 'THE (right) ONE' yet!" response, haha.
