Aromantic Awareness week confusion

I keep seeing the description of aromantic awareness week being 'the week after valentine's day'- does that mean it starts monday and goes until sunday? Would that mean, for example, if valentine's day were on a tuesday, aromantic awareness week would still start that next monday afterwards? 

Sorry if this is an obvious question, just trying to get my understanding of it straight!

It usually starts the Sunday after Valentine's day, but seeing as Valentine's day is on a Sunday this year, ASAW starts on the 21st and goes to the 27th this year.

Huh, okay! I suppose different places count weeks differently- where I live it's always represented as monday-sunday, not sunday-saturday, but then aromantic spectrum awareness week would follow the sunday-saturday rule no matter where someone lives. Good to know!
