Clarice Posted July 14, 2018 Posted July 14, 2018 Hey there, I'm Clarice and I am 16. I don't know how forums work, I hope I know what I'm doing (sorry if I mess something up). Anyway, A few months ago I found out about aromanticism, and I'm pretty sure I am aromantic. I don't have any problems at all with romantic movies ( or books, or anything else), I even like some of them; but when I try to picture myself doing "romantic stuff", like kissing or holding hands, I just can't. I still want to get married and have kids though. So, basically, my head is a mess right now and I am trying to figure this out. If you have any wisdom or tips, I would be very very thankful if you could share them with me. Thanks for reading and have an awesome day!

You can like romance in stories or movies, or have romantic fantasies, and still be aromantic. Aromanticism means not feeling romantic attraction to real people, and other than that there's a lot of variation between us.
