i dont really know how to handle this situation tbh. identity is who you are while personality is something that contributes to your identity to make you an individual of sorts. i recommend you to tell her that. plus sexual orientation is another aspect that contributes to ones identity and is different from personality if she still doesnt want to accept this difference nor read the article then give her space. dont force this upon her when she clearly has no intention to educate herself

my main aroace hcs are killua gon and kurapika from hxh. theyre all oriented aroaces that feel tertiary attractions. platonic for gon demiplatonic for kurapika and demialterous for killua though i would say killuas case would be pseudoromantic tbh. it just makes sense due to his lack of experience and age

i find romantic relationships to be mostly tiring because being passionate with someone is really hard for me even when im alterously attracted to them. i reckoned romantic relationships would work the same way so im glad im aro since i dont have to worry about getting worked up over crushes and being diehard to sustain the relationship platonic relationship imo is the best relationship because me and my homies can not talk to eachother in months and when we does our bond is still as strong as ever. whereas in most romantic relationships you have to dedicate enough time and effort or else if both of you stop talking for a long time yall will most likely lose the romantic attraction idk. maybe its just me
