Guest Posted March 11 Posted March 11 Elsa from Frozen is aromantic and asexual, her character is ace and aro But unfortunately Elsa would be in a relationship, I don't know, but given this, Elsa is aromantic and asexual because it shows. With the free song I am from Frozen he explains some references to aromanticism There are characters like Elsa who is from Disney, she is Aro and Ace Quote

tiger_hoods12 Posted August 8 Posted August 8 (edited) YES, THANK YOU!! I really appreciate you saying this! It’s actually starting to frustrate me when others try to code her as gay. I hate that! For me, personally, there is much more ace coding there than gay coding. I feel like so many people label her as gay just because she NOT with a MAN! Like, yeah right. God forbid we have a single woman living in society! She NEEDS a man or woman to keep her happy and satisfied. I don’t mean to rant, but so many people are latching onto this idea and it’s starting to actually piss me off. I so desperately want her to stay single in the next film. A lot of people say it would represent her independence while others argue how you can still be independent while in a relationship. Yes, of course! But I also think it is just as important to represent single people as well. Asexual, aromantic, or not. I think it’s important to show more people that there is more than one way to be happy. I want her to continue to fight against societal norms. I would be really disappointed if she ended up in a relationship in the next film. I, personally, am not about immediately labeling things, I don’t think we should always have to do that, fictional characters or not. But considering that us, asexuals/aromantics, hardly get any representation, it would be SO COOL to get a DISNEY PRINCESS to be asexual or aromantic or both!
