Pronoun Clarification?

just wondering if anyone can clarify the meaning behind someone’s pronouns including ‘founder’? For example they/founder. I’ve never come across it before

Where did you see/hear that? I ask because the best source to ask about someone's pronouns, especially if they're rare/unique, is to ask that person. They can tell you each form of the pronoun set if you're unsure. I have not seen founder pronouns, nor can I find them on any nounself curation blog I know of, so we would likely need the person who listed founder as their pronouns to answer.

I can answer when you see multiple sets listed, though. It means that person uses multiple pronoun sets, and it's often preferred if you rather equally switch between them rather than just picking whichever one you prefer. If it's someone I know online, I try to switch to a different set each sentence/paragraph as relevant. If it's offline, I may find it easier to change it each day I see them unless they request I do it more often than that.
