so today on my birthday I sorta told my mom I was aroace. I told her I really didn’t feel romantic nor sexual attraction. now I’m kinda pissed off because she pulled the “you’ll meet someone, and you will find them attractive once you get to know them.” so I just sucked it up. And sorta ended the conversation. im still somewhat pissed but- it is what it is…?

This street is puerta del sol, Madrid, Spain. Gave me such aroace vibes, they had these shades over top to provide shade. It was a really fun street (I got to stop at Hard Rock Cafe!) it’s such a pain converting from HEIC to JPEG, I hate Apple for this reason. anyways, I really enjoyed europe. I’m currently in Madrid airport. Boarding UAL164 in the next 30ish minutes. now off to the states to see moi chiens.

So I couldn’t do it in nice. I was in Cannes and Avignon. Someone did leave like a luggage lock on a bridge and i decided to try unlocking it, and what do you know. It was still in the combination. so I unlocked it. And left it there.

So I’m heading to Hard Rock Cafe tomorrow in Barcelona, but also Madrid later on. What’s your opinion on the Hard Rock Cafe “serve all, love all” merchandise thing, personally I think it’s nice, maybe even somewhat discreet if I tell my mom and dad why I got it. Hard Rock Café has this “Spend more than 50$ and you get a gift + a t-shirt.” so I can say I got the Pride item by the gift (or t-shirt) also, there are so many street vendors. I hope I can find a small and discreet ring with aro pride :) what hand do I wear it on :( im not that in the know. anywho~ thanks for reading. And also, can I get your opinions on big brand merchandise that have some sort of pride related?

Yea I got family in both Russia and Ukraine (my moms side) It sucks as our family is kinda split between the family. And my mom is not wanting to say who she’s supporting to the rest of the family as it may split the family apart. i do hope the war ends. and everything is peaceful once more. Oh I was hoping it was an aroace flag with the word over it. I saw it as the green washed out like a lot, I also thought they hung it upside down. i mean I’m glad I told some of my group mates. But its like, wow a little upset but hey, it was a nice experience. Getting happy over what i thought was another aroace person in the city I was visiting.

Right now I’m in Italy. And oh my god this one gelato shop is like the best. It has really good chocolate flavored gelato. back in the states however, I really like anything minty.

I went to the trevi fountain yesterday in Rome and it was packed (no surprise) and when I was there, y’know that sorta legend or something like that where if you throw one coin you will come back to Rome, 2 you will find love in Rome and 3 you will marry that love in Rome. well my introverted self felt obligated to throw 2 coins in, because everyone else did needless to say not even 30 minutes after that, this maybe 15 y/o starts hitting on me. (I’m turning 15 in 10 days) she spoke French and I’m learning it. Anyways I said I wasn’t interested, and Oml I felt so bad, she started crying and- needless to say. One of my friends said that I was a jerk. But I tried saying to my friend I was Aroace in the most casual way possible. Anywho, when I was leaving with my friend there comes a full on engagement in front of the fountain. But it’s weird places like those exist and that legend thing came true. man that day was crazy.
