Can you be aromantic and still like the idea of romance?

I think I may be aromantic but I think the stereotypically romantic situations are cute and fun like picnics, dinner, etc even though I don't understand what makes those situations "romantic" 

I'm also a very touchy person so if I ever get a marshmallow/zucchini I'd like if we cuddle and kiss or hold hands 

The only reason I think I'm aro is cuz I don't understand romantic attraction, the crushes(?) I've gotten were very hard to figure out and like the idea of a QPR better.

yup! many aros are favorable to things that are usually considered romantic and may or may not consider them romantic themselves.
