I am an MBA fresher and I have a job offer as an US IT recruiter. I am very confused and not sure that wheather i should accept offer or look for other opportunity as this is a college placement and if I select the offer then i wont be able to apply in other companies that are coming and would have to do job here only. But this company is near my house but I'll have to do night shift here and pay is not that high but for a fresher it is not that bad. I am very torn and can't decide what I should opt as this would be very important decision for my career. Pleasee help me by giving your insights.
