I'm having the same problem with my parents. I'm cis female and I'm fine with that but I want my hair to resemble the fact that I am a pan tomboy and not a princess . My mom keeps saying it's to Jurassic of a change , I think that it is appropriate since the last time I cut it was when I was six and she was fully supportive . I'm not even getting a buzz cut , just a shoulder length wolf cut . I don't know how to convince her . I've tried everything and she still won't budge . I am to the point where I feel uncomfortable with my childish long hair .
