Of course you can. I used to identify as gender fluid since my gender changed a few times per day, but now I am a guy mostly of the time, so I prefer to consider myself as transmasc.

In the right corner you have your current username, if you click on it you will see a panel, and on this panel you will see "account settings". You can change your username there.
