For some people it might be a non-romantic relationship that still has a high level of commitment, think sharing housing and finances or even raising kids. For others it might be more like any type of relationship that transcends what's usually expected of a friendship. To give you an example, my friend and I check in on each other every day and are each other's go-to person when it comes to emotional support or just for hanging out in general. We don't explicitly label it as a QPR but it would probably fit the definition given the emotional closeness of it. Hope this helps! 2 Quote
