playing the arocalypse game

Arocalypse gets quite  a few odd spam/autogenerated comments.  Usually they are guest comments reading nonsense trying to get you to gamble or buy crypto or cialis. A fair few tell me my SEO is awful and the site could be getting more engagement and generating me $$$$. But there was one today which was just so funny to me I thought I would share it and see if we can riff on this.

goths are my favorite faction. they have one of the coolest character builds, which is archetypically good. it also grants you the ability to turn into a bat, and merge with the shadows. the faction is great too, despite not being as popular as it was upon release. when joining this faction, you gain increased dexterity and perception during night, and access to a vast expanse of black clothing. you also get an infinite supply of black eyeshadow and a physical copy of the cure’s newest album, “songs of a lost world”. all factions have extensive lore dating back all the way to the 70’s, which is way to complicated to explain here.

the coolest part about this game is that you don’t need to have a specific strategy to enjoy it. everyone’s experiences within their own factions will be different, and can incorporate different parts of the lore and builds. you can also multi-class factions if you want. people may come and go from this game, and there may be a relatively small fan base, but you can find a great community full of people with similar experiences. playing this game helped me become more comfortable with my identity and realize things about myself that i wouldn’t have otherwise.

i would highly recommend gameplay to anyone interested. it might be a bit confusing at first, but there are plenty of people here to help you along the way.
