can be if you want there to be! i dont know a word for something like that myself from my memory - but relationships arent limited to what has a name or not. and im sure a lot of people have been interested in and had relationships like that

it could also be similar to what a lot of people call like 'casual flirting' or whatever - which can be having a relationship with someone where you are just flirting and stuff, and there is no expectation for anything other than that
