Also when you look at the percentage it seems incredibly low but when you look at the population (roughly 16 million) then that number seems a lot larger, still a bit small though.

What I’m thinking is that there are allos who are actually demi or greyromantic/greysexual (which is technically still aro/ace-spec) but they just don’t realize it and classify themselves as pan, bi, gay, etc.

I just confirmed with an allo friend, and he said that it’s “Because they look nice.” So what I’m taking from that is that it’s because they find them aesthetically attractive.
