I like putting smiley emoticons on stuff but dislike when it gets auto-converted to smiley emoji, bc then the tone feels wrong, and apparently the forums do that....so if you see an emoji from me, know the intended tone was the emoticon instead.

today i learnt that my mum is not accepting of aro/ace people. good to know. won't come out to her about it now that i know she won't understand or accept me.

I just got asked out on a date. Though I knew it was coming and that he would eventually ask, I still feel unprepared. I do not want to go on a date with him or anything like that, but saying "no" apparently isn't working, considering this is the third time he's suggested being more than friends. To be honest, I don't even want to be friends with him in the first place.
This sucks.

He doesn't even get to be my friend though, not after today. I didn't reply to his message about going out on a date yesterday, which he got angry about because he thought I was ignoring him on purpose (which I was). Today I was therefore welcomed by a long rant about how he has no friends and everyone leaves him, how it's unfair that people don't like him and that he is considering moving somewhere else or taking his life because he's never had a girlfriend.
I basically told him to fuck off after that.
