  1. I've seen what I believe was a reunion between two people in a long distance relationship in the aeroport. One of them was waiting anxiously not too far from me and the next thing I see is a collision of limbs and laughter and crying between two peoples. They hugged ans kissed a long time (not the ones with the meat noises) and I was silently cooing and rooting for them

  2. Aaaaaahh so many things to say, so little time !

I'm an anime trash, so I've seen my fair share of anime xD

But if I have to choose, well :

Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o: it's a 2 seasons anime following a boy who is sent to a fantasy world following his death, forming a dysfunctional party with a goddess, a wizard, and a crusader to fight against monsters. It's hilarious and  spews out pure joys and rainbows. A totally goofball kind of anime.

Nichijou TV. This will be simple : there is No. Fucking. Storyline.Or.Plot.At.All. Well, it primarily focuses on the daily lives of a trio of childhood friends, whose stories soon intertwine with the young genius Hakase Shinonome, her robot caretaker Nano, and their talking cat Sakamoto.  You never know what’s going to happen next, be it a humorous dialogue scene, a fast paced action sequence, an amusing random still image or a hilarious but completely unrelated skit. This show is my jam when i'm depressed.

Psycho Pass :  " In the 22nd century, Japan enforces the Sibyl System, an objective means of determining the threat level of each citizen by examining their mental state for signs of criminal intent, known as their Psycho-Pass. Inspectors uphold the law by subjugating, often with lethal force, anyone harboring the slightest ill-will; alongside them are Enforcers, jaded Inspectors that have become latent criminals, granted relative freedom in exchange for carrying out the Inspectors' dirty work."  You add a criminal mastermind, super great protagonists development and relationships, with a lot of commentary on human nature, the natures of societies, law and governance, good and evil, and a top notch soundtrack. Then, you mix all of this and you'll have Psycho Pass.

YMBAI you meet someone and think you have found an instant good friend then freak out when they try to kiss you, then they complain about sending mixed messages. When all you thought you were doing was being friendly.

YES !!! YES TO THAT ! Give that woman a cookie !

It's unnerving how people think that  'being nice at someone' is often linked as ' being sexually/romantically interested at that person'. Like, no ? Dude ? I'm just a respectful human being, of course, I'd be nice at you ! Or do you want me to always wear a shirt saying "No Romo, bro "

  4. I freakin' loved it ! One of my most favourite animated film (and God knows, how many I've watch those xD) !

The film proves that you can enjoy it wheter you're a little kid or a functionnal adult, without a princess and her quest of ''true love'' or -as Chief Bogo puts it--"a cartoon musical where you sing a little song and all your insipid dreams magically come true."

Zootopia shattered all common clichés of the old Disney movies. The female protagonist is focused on her career. Willingness and/or hard work aren't enough to accomplish your dreams. The character aren't all good or bad, they have their flaws and they're all racists  and dishonest in their own way. Plus, the movie is in itself absent of romance, as the protagonists become friends and not lovers (Yay!)

And it fully uses its large audience to deliver a message against racism , that adults can fully grasped while kids can catch a glimpse of the harsh realities of prejudice and learn how wrong it is to have them.

So yeah, i quite like it :D

YMBAI when you asked someone what it's like to be in love (because you need to UNDERSTAND what's the freakin' fuss about it, godammit !), and when most of their answer are cliché such as ''your chest feel funny and your heartbeat is increasing when you see them" the "you're thinking about them all the time" or"you can't sleep sometimes because you always think about them and what it could be to be with them" etc.... and of course your only valuable answer is to stare them right in the eyes for some time and say "Damn, that sound painful, bro"

YMBAI when someone told you that he/she have a crush on you and all you can do is to say bad puns about having a crush and ''being crushed to death",  hoping that the person will understand. If not, run.

  9. Well... When I explain to my friend how I can be satisfied by "having sex without the person that I love", I roughly answer this :

    Long answer :

Sex have many aspect, colour and taste. There is the one that come out of nowhere, like an "itch that need to be scratched'' as Eklinnaar said, very brief, but intense. There is the one that you have, because you're bored. There is the one you have with a close friend that can be awkward at the beginning but with an awareness of the other's limits and their emotions. The one with a sex friend, well-fuctioning and with a strong intimacy. The one with a total stranger although there is more intimacy and tenderness that you could have with a long-term relationship, etc....

Sex isn't just casual or just the one with trust and emotional intimacy. And emotional intimacy doesn't always suggest the feeling of 'love'. I had as much intense and satisfaying sexual intercourse with total strangers as I had with a friend or a QPR.

It isn't just about me, but also about the person, the right time and the feeling at the moment.

Short answer :                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   If whatever between my partner and I is fully sane, consensual and wanted (you can add the option ''talking about what the person involved is comfortable about and/or would like to do'' if you have the time ), then Allons-y :D !

I know many examples of this

I would love to have some of these examples too , please :)

But I could quote you at least two movies  with anti-romantic elements :

Blue Valentinea  film which depicts the life of a married couple, Dean and Cynthia , and  shifting back and forth in time between their courtship and the dissolution of their marriage several years later. (so no "Happy Ending" and a message where love can't always win while facing the hardships of the real life)

The War of the roses : This one is about the life of wealthy couple with a seemingly perfect marriage. But their marriage begins to fall apart and their material possessions become the center of a very bitter divorce battle. (You can see the protagonists humiliating each other in every way possible while hurting others )

(little info : in the movie, the married couple's family name is Rose sreferring to the battles between the Houses of York and Lancaster at the end of the Middle Age)
