      Nein, England's hardest-to-pronounce location is Reading, because everybody outside Reading wants to pronounce it "Reeding".

      I'd pronounce the Welsh town something like lllan-fair-puull-guwn-guhll-gog-eru(sh-like-ck/ch)uu-urnd-robuulllan-tus-ili-og-gohgoh-go(sh-like-ck/ch).

      Eh, actually, I'd just say "Llan-fair" or something.

    AVEN's been unusably slow and not loading properly for the last 24+ hours, although I've only tried twice.

      It may be a carrier-Amazon issue. A trace-route shows responses up to GTT on the other side of the Atlantic, but no responses beyond that point, a dozen hop-limits later.

      I can give some insight to the anon results from my poll, including numbers of particular kinks. If we get a bunch more takers or enough samples for each selection, then we don't have long to wait before I publish the first charts, if that'll help.

      I have a particular kink/fet too which has made me question my (a)sexuality, as well as sanity at one point, even though it's not that bad. It's something that I'm comfortable admitting and talking about, but not with a large and open audience, or on a public forum. It can be a great way to bond, at least if done right, but, like many kinks, can be mistaken or mis-associated with things that isn't acceptable, not to mention it also, like other kinks, can evoke disgust to at least some who don't share it. So far my poll has more than 10% who at least partly shares it though.

      My experience in the field is like my experience in relationships though - next-to-non-existent. So like hemogoblin, I've delved deep in the knowledge side but not in the physical. Being demi and with social anxiety, one can guess it's hard-at-best for me to share let alone practice. AVEN, however, was the first place I could open more and discuss sexual topics, and even mention some words, without a lot of people losing their heads or getting banned, so that helped.

      Making apps often takes a lot of dedicated time and resources, especially considering Invision boards are pretty closed-source and stringent in their extension/mod support. Even launching it on Apple's platform is a headache on it's own.

    Having heavy Feels regarding people around me in committed romantic relationships. This is new to me. A lot of my friends got married in their early 20s, and it didn't impact me at all. But now an author I've met that I was part of the fanbase community for a while got married and my sister is giving her girlfriend a promise ring, and I feel... Left out? Left behind? Like an afterthought? Undeserving? I don't know why or where these feelings are coming from, and that bothers me. D|

      I know the feelings. I'm also curious to how people would treat me if I was to get married and have children, such as try to interact with me more and with more respect and patience just as they do with my sister, who's much more cantankerous than me and less achieving and ambitious.
