Thank you very much!! I wanted to share it here because I thought some people may relate to it.

I wrote an aromantic poem. I dont consider myself a very creative person and this is the first poem I've ever written but I wanted to write it to convey some of my feelings. Anyway, here it is: Space Aro I feel lost. Like an astronaught drifting through space. All I can see are spaceships. But I am floating in the endless void. I don't have a spaceship. I can't experience the wonders of stars. Am I destined to stray like this forever? Alone. Or will a comet streak across the sky? Answers will only come with time. Only then will my planet arrive.

I believe you! Continue living your life and dont worry too much on what others think. Some of my friends accepted me without question too. I didn't think my parents would understand and... they haven't so far. I hope they will eventually realise it when i never get a partner.

That must be cool to find someone in the same boat as you. I dont know anyone else who is aro so it can feel a bit lonely at times. One of my friends who asked me out a couple years ago didnt take it so well but thats probably due to her having crushes that she talks about all the time. I dont think she can comprehend not having romantic feelings.

Hello everyone, hope you are all having a nice day and are staying at home. I come from england and i'm 17 years old. At the moment i identify as gay + aromantic and use he/him they/them pronouns. Im still trying to figure myself out as i only figured out i was gay less than a year ago and aromantic a couple months ago. I think labels are confusing and despite being 17 i havent fully matured yet. I understand that i just have to be patient and only time will reveal my true labels. I came out to my mum and told her i was aromantic at the same time. I had to explain to her what it was. She accepted me as gay but dismissed the aromantic part of me as a phase, but i dont blame her. . I have 2 dogs and a cat (they are all very cute), i love nintendo and i love everyone in the lgbt+ community. You are valid, i love you and stay safe!
