Trying to help a questioning friend with her sexuality- need help

That might sound a bit strange but my friend is currently questioning her sexuality and she isn't sure how to find out if she's actually a bisexual. Basically, I offered to be her "friend with benefits" until she figured what was right for her but she took it a bit weirdly. She's a bit apprehensive about partaking in anything sexual with me as we go a long time back. If anyone has some advice for us that'd be great.

Assume that her response is a hard no unless she brings it up again.  Honestly exploring that kind of thing by having sex is not a great idea unless the person doing the exploring really wants to go that direction.  Just point her to these forums and to aspec tumblr blogs.  Reading about people's experiences is a safe way to explore these identities.  Let her do it on her own, and be supportive of what she's experiencing and how she chooses to identify.  Assume that she knows best.
